The Soul in Medicine (with Dr. Martha Sarasua)

For 40 years I have been on this search for the soul in medicine. I started with nursing, studied counseling, then acupuncture, then shamanism. Each had a piece. But finding Dr. Sha has brought my search full cycle. I would like to share this journey, especially the work of Dr. Sha."

Bonnie McLean RN, MA, AP, DOM, graduated from Duke University School of Nursing in 1967. She received an MA in Counseling from Pepperdine University in 1975 and her Doctorate in Oriental Medicine from California Acupuncture College in 1985.

Dr. McLean has been practicing Chinese Medicine for over 25 years. Her training in ancient healing practices includes studies in shamanic healing. She has traveled to Brazil, Ecuador, Chili, Mexico, Costa Rica, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, and studies with Sandra Ingerman, The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, and Dream Change Coalition.

She is an international writer, teacher, and speaker and is the producer of The Nature of Pensacola on WUWF TV.

She is currently in private practice with Baybridge Chiropractic in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Her specialties include acute and chronic pain, orthopedic acupuncture, stress-related disorders, habit control, women's health, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, and allergies.
